As a member, you are part of an interest group for whom the Association performs the following tasks:

• Strong political representation in Berlin and Brussels.
• Public relations for the wind sector.
• Support for and extension of the German Renewable Energy Act (EEG).
• Representation of the sector's interests in the conventional energy sector.
• Close contact with all major social associations in society, with whom ideas are shared.
• Organization of events (congresses, discussions, parliamentary evenings etc.).
• Publication of industry studies.
