General terms for use of the German Wind Energy Association's (BWE) image database
In the gallery at www.wind-energie.de, the BWE provides images that can be used for free in online and print media (newspapers, brochures, and other publications).
- The copyright indicated for each image must be used. The user is responsible for any further related text.
- Each image is protected by copyright. No image may be modified in any way.
- The images must not be used for advertising purposes, product-related brochures, campaigns, or as part of any poster. The images are not to be sold.
- The images must not be used in a context for which they were not intended.
- If the BWE suspects that an image has been used in violation of these rules, it reserves the right to take legal action against the parties responsible.
